Notice of the Annual General Meeting of NOK members
The Chair of the Board is convening the Annual General Meeting of Corinth Nautical Club on 6 February 2023 at 18:00 at Corinth Swimming Pool, with the following agenda:
Approval of the financial report for 2022 and discharge of Board members from liability.
Approval of the budget for 2023.
Approval of the Board’s activities for 2022.
If the above Annual General Meeting does not reach a quorum, a further General Meeting will be convened in accordance with NOK’s constitution, with the same agenda, on 6 February 2023 at 19:00.
Only members whose subscriptions for 2022 are fully paid may take part in the General Meeting.
