Forms for issuing or renewing athlete registration cards and health cards.
To take part in official competitions organised by the Hellenic Swimming Federation, athletes must hold a valid athlete registration card with the Federation.
In addition, everyone using public and municipal sports facilities must have an up-to-date health card so that their physical health can be monitored and safeguarded.
These renewals are valid for one full calendar year and usually take place in September, when children must undergo blood tests and cardiac screening to participate in training sessions and competitions.
