What data we collect
We collect only the details you enter yourself in the registration form or send us by email: first name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, the program you are interested in and, where required, a medical certificate. We do not collect data through automated tracking.
Purpose and legal basis
The details from the form are used solely to contact you about your application and to manage your participation in club activities. The legal basis is your consent upon submission and the club's legitimate interest in organising its programs.
Retention and sharing
We keep your details for as long as needed to process your application and, if you become a member, for the duration of your registration with the club. We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Our website hosting providers process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary functionality and your language preference, which is kept only while you browse. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data. You can exercise any of these by emailing info@nokorinthou.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss or unauthorised access, including an encrypted HTTPS connection across the whole website.
